Great New Year experience! The hotel offered a fantastic New Year's Eve party with live music and entertainment. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy nearby attractions. The hotel also had a wonderful spa and wellness center where I could relax and rejuvenate after the festivities.
The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed during this busy period, which led to delays in service and a lack of attention to detail.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and official places. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout your stay. the breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit and Turkish delicacies. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and computers for general use in the lobby.
Communication with the staff can be challenging as most of them do not speak English fluently.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the bustling city center. The staff is friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms are comfortable and meticulously cleaned daily. The attention to detail, such as complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities, added to the overall value for money.
No negatives to mention, everything was satisfactory.

Spent my new year at this hotel and it was amazing. Great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. the breakfast spread was nice, with a variety of items to choose from. the staff were accommodating and friendly. the hotel is located in a prime location, close to many different restaurants and shops.
The hotel's restaurant was small, so we had to wait for a table during peak dining hours. some of the rooms were quite noisy due to the street traffic.
